When the time comes for legislative action, VOICES for Alabama’s Children will keep you informed and ask those of you who want to be involved to help us get the law changed.

Most families assume that all child care is licensed and inspected. After all, restaurants, hair salons, and even tattoo parlors are inspected to meet health and safety codes. Unfortunately, nearly one-half of child care centers in Alabama are unlicensed and uninspected, but all children deserve to be in safe and healthy child care environments.  Sign up here!
